Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Unhidden Treasure Storytelling products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Books must be free of writing, highlighting, or damage. Flashcard sets must have all cards included.

Final sale: Sticker sheets are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to the nature of the product.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. You may choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or as store credit, minus the original shipping cost. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@unhiddentreasure.org.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@unhiddentreasure.org. We'll cover the cost of return shipping (if needed) and send a replacement or full refund — this is on us, not you.
